Terms and Conditions for Ordering and Our Product Guarantee

Placing and Accepting Orders

Pressing the "Buy Now" button will redirect you to Paypal Australia secure checkout where you can pay securely with your credit card, or log in to pay with your PayPal account.

Delivery

You must provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you provide the wrong address we are not obliged to send out another item to the correct address at our expense.
 
We despatch items 1-2 business days after payment has been received. All items are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
 
You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
 
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement in any way.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order please contact our Customer Service team immediately. If the item/s have not yet been despatched from our premises at the time of your cancellation request we will accept your request and refund the total amount minus a 5% surcharge.
 
Orders that have been despatched prior to your cancellation request will be subject to our terms and conditions relating to Returns and Exchanges.
 
We reserve the right to remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. We will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive item/s that have been damaged in transit, we will happily organise an exchange. You must contact us and inform us of the condition of the goods, organise to return, and return the damaged goods within 14 days of purchase.
 
We will then despatch you a replacement item (subject to availability) or refund the purchase price once we receive the return, at our cost. We will refund you the delivery cost for the return of the product, to our premises, once we are satisfied that the product/s are defective.
 
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to us.

Our Guarantee Of Quality

Upon delivery we guarantee that all of our olive oil and olive products:
  • comply to International Olive Council (IOC) standards for which they are labelled
  • are 100% Australian grown, produced, and packaged
  • are of equal quality and taste regardless of the size, volume or shape of the packaging
  • meet the required Australian food standards code
  • the packaging is not damaged or tampered with and is of usable quality
We currently accept the following methods of payment :

Bank Deposit or EFT

If you wish to pay by Bank Deposit please contact our customer service using the form on our contact page and include your order details. Your order will be manually processed by one of our customer service team who will provide our bank account details for payment. Please note that some electronic transfers can take up to three working days to process which may delay your order.

Credit Card

You can pay with your Visa or Mastercard securely via PayPal by pressing the "Buy Now" button where you will be redirected to a PayPal secure checkout.

PayPal
