The olive harvest begins in April using our current model vibration harvester. The fruit is removed at optimum maturity.
Typically over 100 olive trees per hour are harvested, with night harvest ability for a 24 hour/day.
The result is many tonnes of olives being harvested, transported and processed within hours, a key factor in preserving the quality of the fruit to make EVOO grade.
