The olive harvest begins in April using our current model vibration harvester. Olive varieties are harvested at optimum maturity.
The harvester dislodges the olive fruit in seconds without damage to the trees or olives. Typically over 60 olive trees per hour are harvested, with night harvest ability for a 24 hour harvest.
The result is many tonnes of olives being harvested, transported and processed within hours, a key factor in preserving the quality of the olives to make premium Extra Virgin grade Olive Oil.
